Modality of chromatin loop formation
Recent single-cell studies have revealed that the genome structure in each individual nucleus is dynamically fluctuating over time. In this study, we aim to develop a new experimental system for elucidating the dynamics and the regulatory mechanism underling the formation of higher-order chromosome topology using variety of live imaging methods in early Drosophila embryos.
